The Channel Tunnel is approximately 3 miles away from this ideally situated Folkestone Hotel. The hotel situated by the Leas Cliff hall overlooking the English Channel where Dover is approximately 6 miles away.
The hotel is open all year round. There are relaxing walks with sea views on our doorstep, or sit and listen to the bands playing in the Bandstand. We offer you a friendly reception at all times with the emphasis on comfort, cleanliness, good English cooking and your interests in a relaxed atmosphere are our priorities. We are also ideally located for conferences as the Conference Venue is only two minutes walk away.

Most of the rooms have sea views. The south facing hotel is ideally situated on the Leas overlooking the English Channel with France, which is visible on clear days.
From m20, take Exit 13 Folkestone and follow the signs to the Leas. The hotel is on the Leas about 100 yards from the Band Stand.
